Annyeong, we'll be stopping taking stocks for the Geo lens, for, there's this really major case which occured over at Thailand.
Some unfortunate teenagers got fungi growing on their eyes, and all. Which led to blindness.

Congratulations for being the second to get blacklisted. HAHA.

Reason for being blacklisted: If you can't put yourself in our shoes, don't comment. :) Her items arrived 2 weeks ago, and so, i texted her to ask her whether she wants to collect it on the day itself. Unfortunately, she ignored my text. After a week had passed, i texted her
AGAIN to tell her that if she doesn't wants to collect her tee on last Saturday (15 January 2011), her item will be confiscated.
I mean, who is willing to keep their customer's items for long? No, i don't. I don't wanna mix things up. After which, she replied "Yes, let's meet on Friday." I'd CCA, thus, i rejected her and asked her if she could make it on Saturday (The last day of collection) instead. She agreed, and made an appointment with us at 1.15pm. After which, she dragged it to 1.30pm. My partner waited for her all the way till 2pm just for her arrival, and that's when she texted my partner and said, "Oh, sorry. I can't make it." LIKE WHAT?! -.- Zzz.
You see, since it is the last day of collection, it's definitely right for me to get her items confiscated. But we didn't, and asked her if she could make it on Sunday (16 January 2011) instead? Still, she threatened to report me to the police
when she insulted me and threatened me first? LOL, joke to the power maximum. And yeah, so she agreed to meet my partner at Novena, 11 in the morning. She didn't showed up AGAIN. What the heck? So, my limit of tolerance had hereby ended, and i told her that she'll not get her items. Guess what? Her mum called me up, and demands for her daughter's item. I reasoned it out with her. It was wonderful that her mum stayed calm, and was nice to me. So that was fine with me, i met her on the day itself (16 January, Sunday).
Basically, this customer ... Wasted hell lots of my time confirming the appointments with her. Argh. ._.

Payments
6. Payment and the collection of items must be done through Meet-ups OR Postage/Concealed Cash (But it's at your own risk).

7. No backing out once your order is confirmed.
8. Refunds are only available via Concealed Cash.

9. No refund or exchanging of items (
even if the items you received isn't what you want).
10. Only 50% of the money you paid us will be returned back to you if you'd finalised your order & paid, and would like to cancel it.
11. Payment only by cash (SGD only).
12. Please bring exact change for your items for payment, 'cause we might not have sufficient money to pay you back.
Meet ups
13. Tell us 3 hours in advance if you can't make it on that day.

14. Please be punctual.
15. Meet ups are only available in MRT Stations & our school (It's 3 stops away from Toa Payoh interchange, instructions will be given if you opt this).
Waiting time: Free for the first 10 minutes, additional $1 will be charged for being late for every 5 minutes after that.
Once you're late for 20 minutes, we wouldn't hesitate to leave our meet-up place.
We are not responsible for all these:
» You, disliking the stuff you bought.
» The items you received is different from the image uploaded in our site.
» Damaged stocks (Even when your stocks are delivered through Postage).
» Supplier went MIA.
We have the rights to change the T&C without any prior notices.
Payment & Collection.
We only do meet ups to our convenience. Other places can be negotiated, that's if i'm going there.
Mode for Payment: Concealed Cash (At your own risk) OR Meetups (Only available in our school (It's 3 stops away from Toa Payoh interchange, instructions will be given if you opt this) or Novena)
Mode for Collection: Postage OR Self-collect @ our school or Novena.
